Remember, it's not just a photoshoot, it is an amazing experience, from the moment you make that choice, a chance to preserve those memories, and to have something wonderful to look back on even when they are no longer with us.
I am lucky enough to have had my own treasured photographs of my horse, you'll find some on my About page, which mean the world to me, even more so now that he is no longer here.
You may think that it is not for you, that you've thought about it and keep putting it off. That you don't have enough time, that it's too expensive, that you'll look rubbish in the photos, you need to lose weight, you've got nothing to wear. It's too cold, too hot, the wrong time of year etc etc. You get the picture the list could go on forever!!
Then you suddenly realise that your horse is poorly, old, you may have to sell them for whatever reason. We all give ourselves excuses, that's life, I do it all the time. We all do. But sometimes you need to stand back and look at those excuses and realise that time is so so precious, even more so after the year we have all had.
